Make a Payment
Meridian Premier Counsel, PLC accepts payments securely through LawPay. Please use the option identified in your invoice or engagement agreement.
Please select the payment option specified in your invoice, engagement agreement, or instructions from our office. If you are unsure which payment option to use, please contact our office before submitting payment.
Trust Account
Advance Deposits Held in Trust
An advance deposit is money paid before work is performed. It is held in the firm's trust account and remains your property until fees are earned and billed against it. Use this option when your invoice, engagement agreement, or our office directs you to make an advance deposit or replenish one.
- Advance deposits requested at the start of a matter
- Replenishing a deposit that has been drawn down
- Funds to be held pending future work
Operating Account
Payment for Services Already Rendered
Use this option to pay an invoice for work that has already been performed, or any other amount our office has directed you to pay to the operating account. These are payments for fees the firm has earned.
- Paying an invoice you have received
- Consultation and case evaluation fees, where billed
- Any balance our office has asked you to pay directly
Flat-Rate Legal Services

Flat-rate services are selected and scheduled through our booking system rather than through the payment pages above.

Final fees and advance deposits are determined following attorney review of your matter and may differ from any published estimate. See our Fees & Rates page for general information, or contact our office to discuss your matter.
Payment information is entered on LawPay's secure pages. Meridian Premier Counsel, PLC does not collect or store card or bank account details on this website.
Submitting a payment does not by itself create an attorney-client relationship, and an advance deposit is not a fee until it is earned and billed.
If you are unsure whether a payment should be made to the trust account or the operating account, please contact our office before paying. Payments directed to the wrong account can delay work on your matter.
