Generally, a divorce is uncontested when both spouses agree on the terms and neither is asking the court to decide a disputed issue. Whether a particular matter qualifies depends on its facts — we can discuss yours.

No. Even where spouses agree, we represent one party. The other spouse is free to obtain their own counsel or to proceed without representation.

If a disputed issue arises, the matter may no longer be uncontested. We will discuss the situation with you and the options available at that point.
