How We Communicate Plan & Policy Updates

Advance Notice
We will provide reasonable advance notice before any material change to Business Subscription Plan pricing, features, or terms takes effect for existing subscribers.
How Notice Is Given
Notice of changes will be sent to the email address on file and/or made available through the client portal. Please keep your contact information current.
Continuing Your Subscription
Continuing to use subscription services after the effective date of a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to a change, you may cancel as described on the Manage Your Subscription page.
Plan-Specific Changes
Feature or pricing changes to a specific plan (Gold, Platinum, or Diamond) will be reflected on that plan's page along with the effective date.
